All shipping charges, packaging, and insurance on the hats sent to me are the responsibility of the sender.

If the hat initially arrives (at your home) in a damaged condition (due to UPS only), it is your responsibility to report it immediately to UPS and The House of Dreams. Hats damaged in shipping will be repaired and reshipped to you.
